Neon Configuration

The repository is linked locally to its Neon PostgreSQL project and production branch. Local Neon context is stored in ignored .neon and connection variables are written to ignored root .env.

neon.ts contains the versioned Neon policy. It currently declares no services or branch overrides. Deploy the policy after an approved change:

neon deploy

Do not run prisma init at the repository root. Prisma configuration belongs in packages/db.
