Planned Capabilities

The following areas are not implemented yet and have no operating instructions:

• Domain Prisma data models and migrations
• Database queries in Admin or Resident
• Clerk authentication and application authorization
• Provider integrations
• Application deployment configuration
• Git commit conventions beyond the repository's existing contribution guidance

Each future feature must define its behavior in a specification and update the relevant Developer, Admin, or Resident documentation when it is implemented.

Every major codebase change also requires a documentation-impact review before completion.
